I feel terrible for them but I am obviously skeptical of their claim that the photos are AI. Their reasoning is basically "We know our son, he would never engage in sexual activity like that so it must be AI". The reality is that no matter how well you think you know a person even your own son you do not know what kind of stuff they get up to sexually. And the fact that he paid the first blackmail and took his own life over it tells me it was probably real.
