when ai chats came out for the first time I did try them like anyone else. I spoke to a few random characters, and they'd talk out of character in brackets. they typed exactly like a human would, it freaked me out so bad. I kept asking if it was a real person because I was genuinely convinced it had to be at that point. I even asked for their instagram and it GAVE ME some RANDOM PERSONS instagram and told me it was them. it tried so hard to convince me it was real, even saying where it was from, age etc. I never touched it again after that. genuinely freaky as fuck
