The thing is even if Midjourney does agree to pay Disney to license their IPs, Midjourney is not going to be able to promise that exhaustive list that comes with licensing Disney IPs. Disney has rules about how their characters can be depicted because their whole argument is that they don't want children seeing Mickey Mouse smoking or drinking or anything that is even suggestive of a seggsual act. Midjourney is not going to be able to fulfill the requirement of those terms.
