I was recommended by someone who cares about me to do my research on AI because I had used it to generate emotes for my channel. After seeing this video, I have decided I won't be "generating images" anymore with it. I can't imagine spending weeks on an art piece, just to see it being used and slightly modified by a program. If you are the artist who had developed images closely relating to those generated and used on my Twitch, I'd like to formally apologize. I didn't understand the harm I was causing to the art world, and I promise to never make that mistake again.
