thb, i dont know if its possible to incorporate such technology into such small drone, face recognition software requires some processing power. And shapechrage involve an explosive charge behind an cone of some metal ( copper). The force of the explosion is melting and pushing the cone forward with great speed. 3g of explosive cant do that and that drone cant carry more
