But what if the AI wrongly diagnoses and results in someone further being injured/harmed, or killed. Who do you blame for that wrongful death, the AI itself, the maker of the AI, the doctors/surgeons who operate on the information they AI supplied them? This goes alongside the self driving cars in my book, I don't trust things I'm not in control of/don't have at least some understanding of.
