I think they meant minor as in not well known. Im assuming since their japanese well known characters are characters from popular anime like SAO, Naruto, JJK, and Spy Family. Minor characters as in if someone wanted to submit their very unique OC, of course AI will have a very hard time replicating it. I understand a lot of ppl pay others to promote their stuff but like theyre paying a patreon subscription and also having their stuff fed in AI i think. Its a bit weird like you can use AI yourself, dont really need a subscription to someone to do it for you if im understanding correctly
