I used to use Ubereats and they implemented Chatbot to deal with any issues related to food. I order a lot of food, and eventually more order means more issue with food. But as chatbot was programmed in a way it will only allow one account to have only 3 refunds. Even though , I mentioned that I ordered almost 180 deliveries in last 8 months from ubereats how you expand that only 3 issues are acceptable and after that Ubereats restricts your account from making order and this all was done by chatbot program. Common sense logic and emotion this is still be humans strong points ✌️
