Well I agree that companies want AI to have less employees, I think the goal should be that everyone gets to live in luxury eventually. That should be the goal. We forget that the biggest reason things cost so much is the time HUMANS put into it. Iron is taken from the ground by humans and is then shipped, by humans, to where more humans melt it down to process it. If humans are even partially replaced, then I see little reason that things should cost less.
