The speed at which you do something has nothing to do with the 'morality' of what you are doing. The argument that AI is bad because it does the same thing people do but faster, is not a stance based in principle. i'm not commenting on whether AI is ethical or not, but i also didn't hear a rationale reason why it's ok for humans to use reference and 'steal' art, but somehow it's different if AI uses reference.
