Hi Brandon, appreciate your thought leadership, but you may be underestimating the greed of humans! Whether it’s a company or entrepreneur, and do a job for them, if they can leverage you or even cheat you of your income when its remote, it is going to happen more and more! If you are expected to deliver a service before getting paid, you will get exploited! Many companies are not located in the USA and if you are a small entrepreneur you have no protection! Only because a company is required by law to pay you your income! When you work remote, your chances of not getting paid for any reasons is accelerated! I have been an entrepreneur and worked for companies overseas, twice they didn’t pay me the salary I deserved! Can I take legal action, I could but it’s not worth the time for r energy! So I have subscribed to your channel and appreciate your thought leadership! I am a thought leader in mobile technology myself but Companies will always try to pay the least amount of money they can, and that is the key reason AI is accelerating right now! I also worked in a Web3 company! Decentralization is growing but because again of greed, trust is not growing, it’s deteriorating especially online! So you have some things right but not everything! greed is as old as time, only with trust and understanding that companies will leverage you to pay you less and that is why they want to reduce software programmers, they simple make a lot of money and as a company they would want to lower their costs!
