Okay, Shad is calling himself "An Artist" for his AI stuff. This does -- let's admit it -- hit artists in the pride, hence the many loud reactions. What Shad is doing to my mind is more akin to search optimization or data mining, but... none of that is the point. The point is that AI-generated images are here, and here to stay. What can artists to do remain relevant and competitive with "good enough but cheap" auto-generated art?
