No, you can't reliably say if it's an AI or a shopped photo, don't lie to yourself. There are no proofs apart from wild intuitive guesses, which are 50% accurate at best. The best approach would be to look for inconsistencies, that wouldn't appear in reality. Like, she could have different reflections in her eyes. But the thing is, reflection is the same. There are some focus and details problems, but they could easily be attributed to a poor retouch. All in all, too little data to say for sure. I'm 60% positive it's an AI, because I've seen many generated pics and this one looks like one. But I can't do better than this
