Our company’s execs were pushing us to use Ai to write emails to customers a few months ago. I didn’t like it and never used it. Then managers came back and told us our emails to customers sounded too robotic and we should try to make it sound more human. You mean the thing we were already doing before you pushed Ai on us? I’ve seen customers write back angry emails saying “Stop sending me Ai responses!”
