Great video. On the points about software engineers understanding needs and requirements and also the ethics, all the poor UX and unethical stuff out there in the wild says otherwise. Part of why AI won’t automate that easily is we don’t fully understand it to the point it can be prompted. Good UX is really hard and usually involves designers and UX specialists. Ethics is even harder, ambiguous and subjective and most companies don’t have these experts or if they do they don’t utilize them well ( or end up laying them off - eg Facebook). This still supports your point though, humans will still have a place for this hairy stuff.
