Here's the thing.
It isn't art.
It is replication.
There was no heart, soul, personality, and time put into the crafting of said art piece with AI art.
Instead, it takes the art that artists slaved over- put their heart, soul, and personality into- into a program, to make art in that artist's style.
This can breed easy fraud by the way.
How is this different from other artists using artists as inspiration, incorporating their techniques and styles? Time was spent to craft it.
It is a craft.
AI art is the fast fashion of the art world. It is just insulting.
