I have a simple, probably stupid solution but who cares… Tax all the AI companies owners and businesses and compensate society by giving the money to all the people who are qualified by education, rank of seniority and age for those same jobs commensurate with their qualifications and experience that are now being taken over by AI, robotic and cybernetic systems. This is only interim, then government has to manage the socio economic transformation that is about to hit us so that a new world order of work, education and health can progress together towards meaningful ends for the good of humanity and the world generally. We are going to need new world leaders who understand the tech world, the revolution that’s underway but must be above all beyond reproach enough to stand apart from the cowboy tech oligarchs who currently rule the roost and have every country in the world at their feet and neck and call. This sycophancy baloney has to stop, the power has to return to the people to put these self serving self styled tech gurus in their place, or this whole AI driven mania that’s sweeping the world will not bear fruit for all. It will only bear fruit for the few selfish, greedy ignorant and deliberately blinkered tech obsessives. Even the financial tech junkies who only know day trades as equity, options and derivative on their smartphone accounts like a game. A far cry from real hardworking folks who know day trade as honest grind, sweat and blood earned by the seat of their pants. They all need corralling up in a pen and read the riot act. They’re running away with our lives and few have the horsepower to be hot on their tails.
