Its going to be almost impossible to stop this or even make it a crime, it will become LOT worse. Why ? Because you just take a photo of someone & alter it very slightly. ( make no comment about who it is etc) . Or , ask AI to make a "very close" copy. Not an exact copy, just "very" similar, then add body parts you wish. If you do that, its not any person, its just a "very close" look a like. In fact i would highly doubt most of them are exact copies of faces already, very high chance they are using a filter of some kind. So if a filter is used, is it actually anyone ?
I get its horrible situation for anyone & wish society was above that kind of thing.. BUT, every action, has a reaction. You have to imagine worst case scenarios before you do somthing .
