Long ago, survival depended on knowing how to hunt. But if you also mastered tools like the bow and arrow, your skills weren’t replaced—they became more valuable. The same rule applies today with AI. So, stopping hiring just because of AI isn’t wise—you still need people to manage, supervise, and improve the products AI helps create.
