AI won’t take all our jobs…. If you’ve ever used an AI chatbot on a website or called an AI faced call center, you’ll know what I’m on about. Total garbage that just turns customers away. No different to the offshoring of call center staff to India and the subsequent loss of customers that happened then. Total garbage on both counts.
