Even if you never improve artistically, just trying to do it yourself is far better than giving money to a bunch of perks whose sole talent in art is the scam kind. If the likes of Rob Liefeld, Tommy Wasseau, and that fertilizer salesman who made "Manos" can create without the plagiarism machines and put it out there, you can too. You might even be able to do better! Just don't let a group of conmen tell you that buying in AI is the only for you to create.
