Well if your AI is more competent and consistent at handling high level system task with sufficient foresight instead of focusing on quarterly and yearly profit numbers to maximize their bonus, then you would also likely get better long term stable management result from the company and several millions of dollars in reduced overhead without losing any of your labor workers (the ones who actually produce meaningful value).
