I have no issue with this, people can choose to support those providing services with superior support, whether it's human or ai- or they can choose the personal touch, whatever they want. It also creates jobs in others areas.
Perhaps instead of restricting technology purely to retain jobs, we should be reworking society so that people can be more capable of earning a living through alternate means.
We're in a weird place where both parents are required to work to afford a family, then struggle to afford child care, but we want more stay at home parents, but we want less social benefits. What the hell do we want people to do?
