What I did for my system is instaead of a clock for timing I decided to use a heartbeat for timing but it also dubs as a stabilizer so I have a tick tick that everything in the system follows that heartbeat rhythm. So I braught that idea into my AI runtime. So I added a 3 loop timing system and it is with that I realized the rhythm from a heartbeat is the mechanism that is used in consciousness.
