I thought about what to do because of ai too, because it pretty much shattered my dream of becoming a 2D/3D artist(for the better), and now I don't really know what to do next. One thought that once came to my mind is kungfu panda 2. If you seen the movie you might know what I mean 😅. "Po:Whoa, whoa, whoa, wait...How can I do this? I mean, how can Kung Fu stop something that stops Kung Fu? Shifu: Remember, Dragon Warrior, anything is possible when you have inner peace." What if we as artists would train an ai, from artists for artist, and unite/ share our skills and then fire the whole ai thing back at the big companys that want to replace artists, by making our own games for example? I guess ai in the hands of true artists that know their craft could produce smth that is better than in the hands of people that are only interested in money. Even if you want to draw everything by yourself you could let ai help you with coding or smth. And by selling your own product your are able to get way more money than you ever could in this greedy AAA studio, with more fun because you do what you actually want to do without sacrificing your own health because you can do it at your own speed 🤷🏼‍♂️.
