One truth that Alarmist Hinton knows but is not telling is that FOR AI to become intelligent to become existential threat will consume so much electricity that world will run out of electricity supply. Also how can something that can be unplugged and starved of electricity become a criminal? So, there is this pathetically dumb stupid game going on. Press not knowing which questions to ask and Hinton dishing out AI red meat. Amanpour, if you have any brains then ask Hinton this question. How can something that can be switched off by being unplugged even by a 10 year old child become a sentient criminal? I dare you to ask him this question and do not let him off the hook. I will see how his alarmism progresses further.
