My dad told accountants at his company are using ChatGPT for writing Excel formulas. One person started and showed his co-workers how to do it. They have two Excel programmers who would write formulas for them but it took a lot of time. What used to take days to create a new report now takes hours because the accountants write and test it. The accountants are happy to do it which increases morale and definitely one and possibly two Excel programmers laid off reducing costs.
