Nah, shits a bubble. Companies like Open AI are pushing this narrative to get businesses reliant on them eventually where they would turn some sort of profit. Even at the highest tier, ChatGPT loses money ever time its used. The amount of money these large companies have invested into AI is hugeeee compared to the actual money the AI has generated. A huge chunk of openai sales are from other shell companies or large mutually beneficial relationships. Like Open AI investing billions in smaller companies for research that then all just hapen to buy OpenAI services. Driving up the hype and the stock price.
Only way Ill believe AI will take over for real is when I see it function and be profitable outside this bullshit facade to inflate it all up.
Its like I give you my money, so you can buy mu product from me wirth it, so my sales go up, my hype goes up and stock price rises. I get more investors, do they over and over until.... crash or boom
