Creating sexual effigies of a coworker is an act of sexual harassment, which could lead a person to being fired. Im makes the victims feel humiliated, violated, and leaves them feeling unsafe in the job environment, as they can't be certain who else could have seen or participated in the creation of the imagery. It makes a person feel dehumanized and devalued. If a doodle of a coworker can do that, try to understand what a deepfake could do.
