He's wrong about jobs disappearing. What's really going to happen is jobs are going to change dramatically at a rapid Pace until you leave work one day and the next day you come into a whole new job because it's changed. But every time a company automates something somebody does. They just ask that person to do what they've been doing either faster with this new tool or they ask him to do something else. These machines will never be able to do everything we do. They will just keep chipping away at some of what we do and we'll have to keep adapting. Unfortunately, we're going to end up having to adapt at a pace that's so rapid that our heads are going to spin constantly.
