Delusional. He has stated explicitly that he believes a certain text Google AI has feelings because it says so. The real danger is that we as humans will falsely believe something has sentience thst does not. We will dehumanize humanity if we allow a clever program to fool us. This guy is not a hero. He actually is promoting very dangerous, delusional ideas.
