So, I’m an engineer and I work with CAD. There is something called generative design, which doesn’t work exactly like image generators, but follows the same process that he describes (curated iteration), and I’m pretty sure you can make IP using that software. I think the AI problem is that the old farts in the American courts think it’s real artificial intelligence and not just another way for a computer to process information.
That being said, I’m pretty much a socialist so f*ck IP lol.
