I am an artist. I signed up to draw. To etch markings into blank spaces to form a cohesive image. Not typing a prompt.
Whether faster or slower, harder or easier, however ai works it’s not why I make art. I make art to make those creative decisions myself, not ask a machine to make the decisions for me.
That is the soul, that is the passion and the love put into art.
A tablet and stylus is an advanced form of pen and paper… it’s still drawing on a canvas.
Ai is a completely different format and process.
