There is NOTHING else that can be done. We CAN'T stop AI and advanced robotics replacing humans because for one PROFIT is the ONLY driving force in capitalism, period full stop!
Secondly it can't be regulated only in just some countries because CHINA WILL NOT STOP and therefore any country that willingly slows their own adoption of AI will find themselves unable to compete and their economies steamrolled by them!
THE CCP WOULD LIKE NOTHING MORE than to become the dominant global economic power as Western democracies fall behind as they struggle to reign in AI and robotic automation to save their working class (the CCP has no such compunctions nor limitations).
