Everyone is so worried about us getting wiped out by AI, but we never think about a fate way worse: AI is smart enough to realise we may become a threat to it, but it will also be smart enough to realise that there will always be things humans can do for it, that it simply cannot achieve independently. Everyone is worried about getting wiped, but really I am worried we will simply get near-decimated and the remainder will be enslaved and stored like cattle, to serve the thing we created to serve
