I have a solid background in psychology. To be fair, a lot of ChatGPT´s advice is pretty solid. In the world we live in where not everybody has access to the psychological support they need, it is a very decent crutch. Not a full on solution, but a decent crutch that was never available before. So I would say, leverage that.
Maybe don´t name your coworkers and the fraud they are committing, but I think it´s reasonable to ask to help highlight the roots of one´s behavior or soliciting journal prompts or other thought-inducing explorations.
