3:54 the only reason to own a self driving car and not share it is if you get more value from the car sitting around than it making money driving other people around. And the only reason you would get more value from it sitting around is if it is actually a utility vehicle, and not a purpose-built robotaxi or mobility device. IE: your car is also the battery that powers your house, OR your car IS your house. Otherwise, there's no real upside to not sharing your self driving car...
