Every time I hear how much of an economic failure AI image generation is turning out to be, I am absolutely overjoyed. Mind you, I would love to live in a reality where people *could* use AI to make things without it harming the livelihood of real artists, but we don't live in that reality, and so for as long as we live in a world like this, I am at most going to use AI for placeholder images in personal projects that never see the light of day
