Who are you trying to attack here? Is it the chatbot, who spews out stolen art, or the people themselves? Because it might just be the latter. You call everyone who uses AI an AI 'artist' regardless if it's a 40 year old man saying that AI is the best thing ever no matter what or if it's a 12 year old kid who wants to see today's tech, like americans call europeans 'soldiers' because of military time, a term THEY invented. It just feels like a parasocial fight where just the really petty artists like you are trying to fight back even though there is no war. To me atleast, you feel like D'Artagnan from The Three Musketeers, who constantly prides himself and always fights even if one just looks at him to the point where no one wants to get in trouble with him, not for fear of losing, but of pure inconvenience. You say these AI 'artists' are so pissed at you saving art like your middle name is superman, even though most people here are incredibly calm or have some screwed up grammar. From my perspective, atleast, it feels like you want to ring a message to all heaven, earth and hell, about how you are an artist, were an artist, will be an artist, and, even during the times of death, you will always keep your pride and ego attached to your heart because you constantly want to cope with your _natural_ fear of losing your ability, being replaced and being forgotten to the point where you feel like you want to stop it, but all you are doing it simply delaying it, and it will keep advancing, just like captchas are harder now thanks to more advanced bots, or how cockroaches are able to survive multiple toxic gasses thanks to natural selection. All you are doing is delaying. Might i add: i honestly belive most of the claims don't have much ground to stand on, i only think the "AI is the future" comment could be maybe right in the future. As you said AI, right now, is pretty much a bubble, where investors expect development in just a few months. It's obvious that, these investors, are scared to miss out on "when AI stocks where cheap!" (i don't know much about investing, i don't even know if these people say that) because they fear AI actually advanced really fast. It obviously won't. In it's current state AI is mediocre at best, but i believe that after the bubble pops, we might be able to get back on AI and it being able to actually do something. Right now, my mother uses AI at work: since she has to manage quite a bit, it's obvious she doesn't always want to email someone with the usual jolly style of "Welcome to [x company], thank you for placing your product, and how do you want it?" but just really dragged on. To do that she just uses AI to get a quick thing to send to the investors who probably also invested in AI. In this comment i wanted to point out more about the pride you put in yourself for something that makes your art look like it got polished by AI so everything is smoothed up and perfect (very, very far away from my style) and how your thumbnail literally says "They're MAD" even though, again, everyone here is really calm, and so are you. Now i get it, money. If someone sees "They're MAD" and a embarassed "uh oh" face, people obviously expect that some guy busted inside your home and screamed at you for the next 40 minutes about how AI is the future and why you should delete your channel and take all the revenue and put it in stocks for OpenAI. Instead, people are just, saying what they believe, and so am i. Now clearly i dragged this on and on but i really, just, wanted to express myself here. Goodbye.
