Ofcourse they do because Tesla's make up A fraction of 1% of vehicles on the road. Even Elon & the politicians he purchased in Texas have 0 confidence in FSD,in Austin Tesla robotaxi's started out with A saftey driver in the passenger seat ( which was supposed to be removed in September) after alot of incidents & 3 accidents the safety driver was moved to the driver's seat where he remains today in late October.
