people dont want to go back to the office because of traffic, so great, they get to work from home. Then they hate it that they can get replaced so easily by offshore workers since with a remote workforce there is no personal relationship or culture with local employees anyway. They want to work remote but hate it when they get laid off remote. And now their jobs get replaced by AI, they panic and complain about the employers and the conspiracy of it all...
