No... COPYright protects you against COPYing the art. Not viewing it, not being inspired by it, not using it to train or hone one's art skills and general knowledge of styles and patterns. The AI cannot copy random artworks from its training set because it literally cannot store them. The final Stable Diffusion model is millions of times smaller in memory than the source images, and even that's if it needed no room to actually hold neural information. It does not copy, so it does not violate copyright. You had no rights that were violated, because you never had a "right" to be asked permission before people VIEWED or were INSPIRED BY your art. You can get SD to copy an art if you painstakingly tell it a detailed prompt to try and get it to do so, but at that point, it's no different than saying a paintbrush violated copyright because someone painted Mickey Mouse with it
