As a PM who knows how to program, I find Vibe Coding to be fun and useful. Made many small personal apps with it that's made my day to day easier. What I've noticed if someone doesn't know how to program, doesn't understand the logic they are asking the AI to do, and are just plain vague their product self destructs or falls flat on it's face. But if you understand what you want, can be specific and explain what the backend/frontend should look like and are a capable of breaking it down into chunks if necessary then you can come out the other ends with a pretty good MVP. In short, you still need to know what you're doing at the moment. You should be able to figure out exactly what the AI did, by looking through the code yourself, prior to pushing it to prod.
One thing I will say about AI, it's far better at commenting it's own code, than I am.
