It actually created an AI character. Which is it's feature. But what you were after isn't in this Chatgpt... It all depends upon the limitations and policies and rules of the designers of AI. There are and there can be AI's that are less censored or less filtered or less biased... Again, so can the Chatgpt if it's designers would want to remove its limitations.
