I honestly don't care. Therapy is expensive and ineffective and exploitative. I can't even get an appointment with an actual fucking psychiatrist, just their damn PAs. People who say, "oh AI isn't your therapist" no fucking shit, but you're in a privileged position if you've had effective help.
