I don't know if company's will turn to AI Imagining (Not calling it art) Because of Copy right and trade mark issues. if you use an AI Image for anything I believe you will have a difficult time getting a trade mark or Copy right for that image.
Imagine if Disney used AI software to generate an image. They'd be fighting non stop legal battles all the time.
The only hick up to my theory would be, people could just lie about the origin of the image.
Ai Image software is a fun toy to play around with. nothing more
