I don't think AI will ever replace art or artists. Ultimately, it's just an AI, it does not think, it does not invent, it does not have emotion, the only thing it can do is replicate stuff it's already seen before. Sure, it can make some pretty impressive stuff, but it will never be able to replicate the ideas in your head.
