AI will never have general intelligence. It's a pattern matching super algorithm. Any AI researchers saying otherwise are getting a ton of money fall in line.
AGI will have to be built on an entirely new platform... and if it doesn't require brute forcing matrix multiplication then we will have a ton of data centers wasting away.
