Watched the entire video, but don't use emojis. I want to add that like nearly every product of silicon valley, programs that screen applicants are probably worthless and sold entirely on hype. The average CEO is old and ignorant of nearly all technology. Computers are magic boxes that make them money. These people are very easily scammed with ineffective hiring software
