Customer service is cooked, Verizon wireless app has Ai that’s available when the customer service reps aren’t available after hours. I simply asked the Ai chatbot if I can pay my bill late and it instantly granted me the extension, it has changed my plan and perks and told me straight how much I had to pay to upgrade to the new iPhone 17 pro max , it’s definitely more better than a customer service live rep 😭😭😭
